Gemma Tuxworth is an experienced physiotherapist and project manager with a passion for equitable healthcare access. Gemma has over 10 years of experience as a leader and project manager, built on over a decade of clinical physiotherapy experience spanning diverse settings in Perth and London to rural Western Australia and Tasmania.  

Gemma has a proven track record of driving impactful change across various healthcare landscapes, delivering large-scale health initiatives within complex multi-stakeholder environments, with examples including Allied Health Rural Generalist Education and Training Scheme and managing primary healthcare programs in remote Papua New Guinea.  

A clinician, leader, strategic thinker – and certified DiSC facilitator – Gemma understands the power of people. She leverages her strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to build collaborative high performing teams that achieve results.
