Conference Accommodation Bookings

Within 31 days, you will need to contact all hotels directly to book accommodation, including checking availability and the if the conference rates are still available.

Accommodation will be held at the following hotels. In order to access the conference rates, accommodation must be booked as part of your conference registration.  We recommend you book at least 60 days prior to the conference as hotels require unsold rooms to be released at 90, 60 and 30 days prior.

Accommodation Bookings

Conference attendees can book accommodation in our block bookings when registering for the conference. If you have already registered, your confirmation email will include a link to add an accommodation booking. Accommodation can only be booked y registered attendees.

Accommodation Release – 30 Days

Accommodation will be held until 30 days prior to the conference when all unsold rooms will be released. After this date, you will need to contact the hotels directly to see if the conference rates are still available and whether there is any availability.

Accommodation Rates

All rates are per room, per night and do not include breakfast, unless otherwise specified.

Extended Bookings

Accommodation can be booked for the confirmed dates shown when booking. To extend accommodation bookings outside the available nights, please complete an accommodation booking and then email requesting the additional nights. All additional nights are subject to availability and will be confirmed with the hotel.

Changes and Cancellations

Cancellations and no-shows will incur a charge of at least one night’s accommodation. Each hotel’s policy varies, and late cancellations and no-shows may be charged for all the nights booked. Please check individual cancellation policies listed under each property. Cancellations and date changes must be received in writing, emailed to mail@conferencedesign.com.au.

Payment
When you book accommodation, you can select to pay on check-out with a credit card or pay your accommodation as part of the registration. All accommodation pre-payments made when registering will be forwarded to the selected hotel. Pre-payments must be received 30-days prior to the conference.
All incidental expenses must be settled using a credit card upon check-out.

Third-Party Credit Cards

If you wish to pay using a third-party credit card, for example a work card you will not have with you on check-out, you will need complete a Credit Card Authorisation form before you arrive. The Credit Card Authorisation form for each hotel is linked below. You can note in special requests “Credit Card Authorisation Completed and Sent” so the hotel sees your request. Please note, if you do not complete and send the form to your hotel, the hotel will not process a third-party credit card when you are checking out.

Credit Card Guarantees

Credit card details must be provided for all bookings and will be forwarded to the hotel to guarantee the booking.

Early Check-in Requests

Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability on the day and cannot be confirmed by Conference Design. Requests for early check-in can be entered in the “Special Requests” field of your booking. The hotel will endeavour to accommodate request on the day. Please enquire about the status of your request at the front desk upon check-in.

Room Rates:

Guestroom – $265 AUD per night

Cancellation Policy:

Credit cards will be charged for the full accommodation amount at 30 days prior to arrival, and full cancellation fees will apply within 30 days.

Grosvenor Hotel Adelaide

Grosvenor Hotel Adelaide is a 4 star hotel superbly situation on North Terrace in the heart of the city, and close to Adelaide Convention Centre. Facilities include Federal Restaurant & Bar, 24 hr reception.

Room Rates:

Superior Queen Room – $149 AUD per night

Cancellation Policy:

1 night’s accommodation will be charged at 60 and 30 days.

Final full pre-payment will charged on arrival.

Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equal to the one night’s accommodation.

Cancellations with 7 days, or no-shows, will incur 100% full cancellation fee

Holiday Inn Express Adelaide City Centre

Standard Guest Room – $215 per night incl Express Start Breakfastght

Cancellation Policy:

Credit cards will be charged at 30 days prior to arrival, and any cancellations within 30 days of arrival will incur full cancellation fees.

Superior King – $250 per night

Cancellation Policy:

Credit cards must be provided at time of booking to guarantee accommodation. Cards will be charged 1 night’s deposit at 30 days prior to arrival, and the remaining balance will be charged to the card at 14 days.

Cancellations within 29-15 days of arrival will incur 50% cancellation fees.
Cancellations within 14 days of arrival, and/or no-shows, will incur 100% cancellation fees.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations within 30-22 days of arrival will incur one night’s accommodation charge for each room cancelled.
Cancellations within 21 days prior to arrival, and-or no-shows, will be charged 100% cancellation fees.
